Business Simulation

What is covered?

The simulation is designed to allow participants, working in teams, to improve their self-awareness and awareness of others’ styles, to expand their financial knowledge and commercial skills, to better understand the linkages between the various operational functions within a business, to appreciate the importance of planning and strategy, and the value of process improvement and leveraging intellectual property.  It is a highly engaging experience and has some of the best feedback of any of our courses for its innovation.

Who’s it suitable for?

The business simulation can be tailored to explore different themes and appeal to a range of different audiences from graduate intake to director level.  No prior learning is required.
