What is covered?

The aim of the course is to introduce a team interaction process as a way of collectively solving problems and generating team ideas.  This highly effective course has been used by many clients who value team-working and are looking for immediately transferrable skills which will enhance the team performance back at the workplace.

• Short interactive exercise to solve a problem as a team
• Identify characteristics and behaviours of effective teams
• Introduce the ‘team interaction process’ and real time situation/issue that the team work on during the course
• Team present their ‘Team strategy’ as an outcome
• Plenary discussion and debrief.
